Wan from Alibaba is Apache 2.0 with no such limits, its smallest 1.3B version runs on a gaming GPU, and the line was updated through 2026-07. Note that after version 2.2 Wan no longer releases open base models, only applied ones: VACE editing, audio-driven talking characters (S2V) and dancing to music (Dancer). HunyuanVideo 1.5 became lighter (8.3B) and remains a solid base for fine-tuning your own video models.
